1. After you request a meeting, we'll set up a phone or video call with you.

2. After the call, we'll create and email you a proposal with an overview of the project, scope of work, timeline, what we need from you, budget, and terms.

3. If you’re happy with the proposal, you can e-sign at the bottom.

4. At that point, we will invoice you for half of the total project cost as a deposit.

5. Then, we will send you a handful of forms that will allow us to gather all the information we need to ensure your project is a success.

6. Once we have those, we will start on your project and notify you when it is complete and ready for revisions.

7. After a maximum of two rounds of revisions, we launch the project.

8. You pay the remainder of the project fee.

9. Any marketing or maintenance agreements go into effect.
